The Direct Call feature allows Call Global users to bypass their cell phone carriers international call rates. Turning what was once a $14.90 call to Germany, with AT&T’s International Dial Standard Rate, into a $0.32 phone call with Call Global.
World Call
Transform an International Call into Two Local Calls.
World Call is primarily for Call Global users who live in a country where Direct Call is unavailable.
World Call works by using the internet to turn what was once a extremely expensive outgoing international phone call, into 2 extremely cheap incoming phone calls.
Instead of the Call Global users placing an outgoing call they will actually receive an incoming call from the person they are trying to call. The person they are trying to call will then receive an incoming call from the Call Global user.
Favorite Page
Easily Manage Your International Contacts
The favorites page is simply a contact list built into the Call Global application. Call Global users are able to easily manage all of their international contacts. Call Global users will also be able to add pre-existing contacts from their cell phone to the Favorites Page.
Info Page
Call Global Gives Customers the Pricing and Information They Need
The info page provides is where Call Global users will find the terms of service, Rate finders for all 3 calling options, and Request Customer Service Call feature.
The rate finders provide Call Global users with the rates to every possible calling destination in the world. So they know how much the call will cost before they even place the call.
With the Request Customer Service Call feature users outside the US can save money by having customer service call them. They now do not have to pay for the customer service call.
My Account
The Many Features of Call Global
On the My Account Page users will find the Available Balance, Call History, Virtual, My Current Location, And Re-charge Notification feature.
- Available Balance - Quickly check your Call Global balance.
- Create Virtual Numbers - Customers can create multiple international phone numbers that will ring directly to their phone. So for example a customer’s mother lives in Argentina, that customer can create an Argentina phone number that rings directly to his phone in the US. So now his mother has a local number that connects her with her son on another hemisphere.
- Call History - The call history not only tells you who you called but how much each call costs. So customers are able to budget themselves in these tough economic times
- My Current Location - This is for Call Global users who use the direct call feature and are outside of the US. In order for the direct call to work they must identify their location on the Current Location page.
Re-Charge Notification- Call Global users can set up recharge notification. So if their balance gets low Call Global will notify them to recharge. This helps prevent users from having calls dropped because their balance ran out.
